In 2022, Jeff alone sold 88 homes, closing a home roughly every 4 days. With this level of experience, he has negotiated numerous scenarios and contracts and knows this market extremely well. Jeff has lived in the Wilmington area for over 16 years, and has acquired a vast amount of knowledge of the local real estate market trends. Not only does he study the trends in the area, he attends national conferences watching the trends in other states and remains in touch with top agents worldwide to ensure he stays ahead of the market curve.
Jeff graduated from UNCW with a Masters in Business Administration which helped him gain the skills and training needed to be a top sales agent with the Century 21 brand. During his first full year with real estate, he conducted 37 transactions and earned a prestigious award with Century 21 which put him in the top 2 percent of all C21 agents. The average realtor only sells about 6-8 homes per year.
In May 2022, Jeff partnered up with a top Century 21 brokerage owner Greg Harrelson and opened Century 21 Vanguard here in the Cape Fear region. They are excited about bringing the best brand in real estate to this area and providing their clients with stellar service.
Over the past 11 years in real estate, Jeff has completed over 1,000 real estate transactions and over 195 million dollars in sales volume. He has been the #1 individual sales agent in the Cape Fear region by units from 2015-2020 and now sits as the #2 Century 21 Agent in all of North Carolina based on sales volume. In 2022, he earned the prestigious Grand Centurion Producer Award based on sales volume. Since we actually moved two hours out of Wilmington into an assisted living facility is the only reason we didn't use him to find us a new home.

Buyer reviewJeff did a great job helping me find a reasonably priced investment home in a difficult market and in a very reasonable amount of time. I was able to make a pretty smooth transition from what i would consider a less than desirable property to one in a respectable neighborhood and Im not sure I would have found it without him. His assistant Ashli is also a tremendous help and did a great job helping to navigate the transaction.
