Jeff went above and beyond what I expected from an agent. He helped with every aspect of the transaction and continued to keep me updated on the progress as things moved forward. Jeff is an extremely busy agent but at no time throughout my dealings did Jeff not take the time to talk with me and answer my questions. He responded positively and answered everything I had questions about. I feel Jeff is a very knowledgeable broker/agent and would recommend him to anyone. He is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with. If I buy or sell again Jeff will be the agent I use. Jeff has expert negotiation skills and experience dealing with objections from other agents and sellers. He pulled other sales and made sure I did not overpay and got a great deal. I was amazed with Jeff's ability to deal with the other agent and negotiations. The people at Century 21 Alliance were always friendly an cheerful when I dealt with them.
