Jennifer met with us at the house, and priced it much higher than we were expecting. We're not from the area, but Jennifer knows her market! She immediately listed the house online in several places. We quickly had lots of buyer interest. She negotiated fairly on our behalf and listened to our needs and wishes. She was always available when we had any questions. Jennifer really understood our needs as sellers and was extremely kind and professional through the entire process. This was a probate sale with some 'condition issues', after the death of an elderly parent and she was considerate of those facts. I would recommend Century 21 Full Service Realty, specifically Jennifer Ritchey, to anyone needing realtor.

Seller reviewwe have bough and sold 6 properties in the last 15 years in WV. Jennifer wa the only agent that promised and delivered in all aspects. She is a true professional and was accessible. Something most realtors in WV are not. Previous realtors lied to us and were only available on the schedules that usually did not include nights or weekends. Jennifer was excellent. If I purchase any additional property in her area of WV or Ohio I will only use her. Your industry needs more like her. she was attentive to our needs, had good questions and answers to see our requirements. Very responsive to the entire sales process. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
