Seller reviewWe met Jerry when he brought his client to our listing when we were trying to sell the house ourselves. We loved Jerry from the first hand shake and knew that if we wanted to hire an agent to help, he would be our guy! He wasn't pushy towards us, but had a healthy reach of support when we were considering his help. Once we decided to hire Jerry, we got the house on the market and within days had multiple showings. He provided drone photography of our property and held several open houses on the weekends. We really appreciated the hard work he put toward selling our house and within 8 weeks, we had a perfect deal due to his ability to negotiate with the buyers. Jerry made this process as stress free as he could for me and that was the biggest pro to me hiring him. I wanted to do it all but couldn't. I quickly gained trust in Jerry, which allowed me to give up control and I am so thankful I did. We never questioned if he was doing enough for us.
