Jerry was absolutely awesome in the long winding road we took to get in to a new home. I had received a job offer in New Jersey that had a fairly short time frame to start working. Jerry had glowing reviews online, and covered the areas we were looking at, and also our price range. Jerry got back to my wife and I quickly, and arraigned for us to see around 12 different homes in one day all over the area. Over the next month we came down for 3 additional visits to look at more homes, as they came on to the market, and Jerry was always available for us, even when we had to come down last minute and gave only a couple of days notice. The first house we liked, we put an offer down on, and were outbid. Another trip to look at other houses, then another offer on a different house. Same thing, we were outbid again. We were getting incredibly frustrated and ready to give up and rent, but Jerry kept us updated on new houses. He then took us to another area, much further south, and showed up several houses around there. We again found something we liked, put an offer in, and it was accepted. Then started a very very long process. Several issues came up on the home inspection (which Jerry was present for and listened to the home inspector in detail). The seller, or their attorney, or the seller's agent (we're not really sure who) dragged their feet about agreeing to repairs. Jerry kept the pressure on them and got it done. Then an old oil tank was found buried in the back yard. This delayed the process longer, and once the tank was found to be leaking, caused even longer delays. Jerry not only kept up the pressure on the attorneys/seller/agent, but was also present or had someone else present for every dig, exam, visit, etc. He even helped us arrange renting the house while we waited to close; otherwise, we would have been homeless or had to sign a lease someplace else. He always made sure we were comfortable and getting what we wanted. My last agent made me feel like she wasn't always representing my best interests, but I never felt anything but 100% trust in Jerry throughout the entire purchasing process.

Jerry was a complete professional and extremely easy to work with. My wife and I were selling our home in NJ and moving to SC and Jerry was very responsive to our needs and concerns. He kept us up to date on the marketing of our property, provide data on how many people looked at our property on line and was very respectful of our time when showing the house.
