Since we do not live in the area, we had to depend on Jim to complete the sales campaign in our absence. We have no knowledge of whether a yard sign was placed but the sales campaign was successful in obtaining a buyer who completed the deal.

Overall experience was very good and we thank Jim for all his help.

We greatly appreciated the assistance of Bernice Campbell who seemed to be available whenever we had a question regarding the paperwork that needed to be completed for the transaction. We are sure there were others behind the lines that assisted us, but Bernice and Jim are the two people we dealt with from Century 21 Award that helped us achieve our sale.

Jim Field is a consumate Realtor. He knows his business, very knowledgeable of the market, and is a pleasure to work with. Prior to my dealing with him, I worked with another licensed realtor who recommended a lower value to my property. Using my own research on valuation of properties in the community, I told Jim what I thought my property would sell. He suggested a higher price. Consequently, my property was sold in two-week time. Very impressive!

Jim Field and his assistant Jessica made this home sale very easy for us. One of them was reachable at all times which was especially helpful to us as we were dealing with this sale from an out of state location. They patiently explained the multitude of documents that we docu signed. We feel Jim priced the property correctly, based on comparable sales in the area. In fact, the selling price was the exact price he predicted. We would heartedly recommend Jim and his team to prospective sellers. He made it all so easy for us.
