Jody knew what we were looking for and would send us a house to look at to see if we would like to go in person. If we had any questions about anything that wasn't in the details she would contact the other realtor to get an answer. She was honest in her own opinions about the houses we looked at as well. Jody worked very hard throughout the entire sale of our house, she respectfully gave us sales tips, little things to make the house more appealing,the advertisements were great even on social media, she got us through a difficult time of clearing a lien on the title of our house we had no idea was even there, I don't know what we would have done without her. Jody kept us very updated, and made suggestions as things progressed, every time a prospective buyer looked at the house we were informed of their reactions and interest, what surrounding houses were selling for, and what improvements we needed to do, we actually sold the house for considerably more than we anticipated it would sell for. A few times I called Jody after hours and on weekends, there was never any sign or hint of discord with her, she's always helpful and professional. I would without a doubt utilize her services again, and highly recommend her to anyone!
