I have been in real estate since 1999 and have been an award winning Realtor since 2002 reaching as high as over 60 sales a year. I enjoy interacting with clients and helping them understand the home buying and selling process. I am a member of the West Central Association of Realtors and their MLS as well as the National Association of Realtors. I am licensed in Minnesota serving Martin, Jackson, Faribault, Watonwan, Brown, Redwood, Blue Earth and Cottonwood counties. I use the newest technology for marketing your current home or finding your new home. I am e-Pro certified, an Accredited Buyer Rep (ABR), and a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) plus have worked with relocation companies. I am certified in short sales and foreclosed sales. My goal is to assist each customer and client from day one through closing and beyond building long term relationships.
I am married with four grown children and have four grandchildren. I enjoy camping, biking, bible studies and spending time with family. Currently I am involved in the Fairmont Kinship program, Relay for Life and a member of the Fairmont Chamber.

Seller reviewJodi understood or situation (death in family), suggested we could get more than the minimum we needed to avoid a short sale, then came through for us just like she said. She got the house sold very quickly as well which helped as well.

Seller reviewShe did fine just small towns are tough places to sell. I pushed hard for her to get showings and the right people finally came around and the house was sold quickly. She passed info between the sellers and us smoothly to help quicken the process.

Seller reviewJody Lyle was an absolute pleasure to work with. I live in a different state, so having someone I could trust handling the sale of my house was very important to me. When I began the process, I looked up the records of house sales in the area and Jody's name came out on top. When I was in town for a visit, I met with Jody personally, and with another broker from a competing firm. Jody and her agency were clearly ahead in their use of the internet (Zillow and other websites) to promote sales, and Jody struck me as someone who would work hard to make my house sell. Not living in the area, and not having been in the house for some time, I didn't know its current condition. Jody not only did a walk-through but also helped with getting a cleaning service to come in, and with having someone clear out some things that were left there, even to the extent of donating an appliance that the buyers didn't want to a needy family. This all would have been much more complicated without Jody's help. In my experience, Jody is hard-working, honest, and quick to communicate. We only met face-to-face once, but she made the long-distance sale an easy thing for me. I would recommend her highly.

Buyer reviewMy wife, Lori, and I were very happy to work with Jody. She was personable and professional in her relationship with us. We did not really choose Jody, but she was the one who responded to our interest in looking at this property. We greatly appreciated her working with us to acquire this home and lot. We found her responsive to our questions and researched the information if she did not know. She took care of some of the concerns we noticed that needed to be fixed or had the previous owners fix them. Maybe because ours was a cash purchase, but the process went fast and we closed within a month. It went very smoothly.
