Buyer reviewI am a lot buyer and Jonn represented me in purchasing a lot in Orinda. John is very detailed oriented and he has very good knowledge about land/lot investment. Since I am a buyer out of the state, John went to the lot site and showed me easement, powerline easement, and property surrounding area via video and pictures taken on the site, and answered my questions over the phone and text message. He also helped me communicate to the property neignbors and find land/lot surveyor. He further helped on contacting utility regarding easement of on property. I really appreciate his commitment to the buyer he represents.
