Juan Rivas is an extraordinary real estate agent. He is honest, trustworthy, and personable. He made the process of selling my house in Peoria, AZ very straight-forward, and dare I say, easy. A close friend of mine highly recommended Juan to me, saying Juan was both a real estate expert and a good person. Juan was gracious with his time, even advising me on paint colors, flooring, kitchen remodeling, bath upgrades, paint colors, all sorts of things while I was deciding to sell or rent the home. When I decided to sell, Juan had the house ready to sell within two weeks. Juan redid the comparative market analysis and suggested we list the property at the high end of the range, higher than I expected, but he obviously had a better handle on the market than me because... We received 6 offers in the first four days my house was listed! Juan demonstrated his expertise at negotiation and we closed 30 days later, having sold the house slightly over the asking price! I was thrilled. It is a lot buying or selling a house. Juan is definitely someone you want to have on your side, whether you are buying or selling. The process can have lots of major and minor hiccups, and Juan explained the details to me all along the way so I understood what was to happen at each stage. Juan made it easy on me - including handling the necessary repairs, and answering the many questions I had about the various documents. Juan has excellent communication skills and tremendous negotiation expertise. My friend was right! I trust Juan Rivas to be on my side and help make the process successful and easy on me whether he is my buyer or selling agent. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Juan was exemplary in his professionalism and knowledge. Very thorough and very patient. He was realistic in what we could get for our home and what we could get for our new home. He wasn't greedy or pushy at all. He helped tremendously with the open houses and just helping prepare the home to stage and sell.. I'd recommend him to anyone else I know.
