Seller reviewI have known Julia for almost 20 years. I expected her to be highly professional in her role as a realtor, just as she was as a general contractor. I moved 400 miles away before listing the house for sale. Julia was able to arrange for painters and landscapers to get the property looking its best. I paid the contractors, but was beyond thankful to not have to make multiple trips back to Long Island to arrange for and oversee the work being done. Julia made this process as smooth as it could possibly be. I highly recommend her services without hesitation.
