She was excellent at responding to us & always took the time to explain and help us understand things! She understood our wants and needs & always kept an eye out for a house that would suit us well. Karen did great with explaining the process of everything with us, and she was very easy to communicate with. Ryan & I are so thankful that she made the process of buying our first home together go so well & smooth!

Karen was knowledgeable and patient and helped us through the details and work needed to get these issues resolved. She kept us up to date and moving forward through these issues. Issues were resolved and the sale was completed.
