The presentation of the photos of the home came out so wonderful, really made my home stand out. Karen I truly felt like I was working with someone I have know for years even though we had just met. I did not realize just how much work you have to do to sell a home, you knew exactly what was needed so we could get all paperwork in a timely fashion. I will highly recommend you to anyone looking to sell.

She understood perfectly what we wanted and executed the ideas for home preparation, sale and the closing perfectly. She was quick to respond to any and all of our questions. She spent a significant amount of time comparing homes in our neighborhood to ensure a comparable price for a smooth sale. We could not have asked for better. Karen was patient, friendly, and considerate, She helped us in every way she could to reach our end goal, the sale of our home. She knew we were already living in Maine full time, so she would check on our house in Methuen after showings to ensure all doors were locked and house was secured. She even brought in outdoor swing cushions for us when we saw it was going to rain! Karen was wonderful. We cannot thank her enough for all her help. She was honest, experienced and made the sale of this home that we had been in for almost 30 years so easy. We will miss our funny phone meetings/calls/texts with her. She has been a pleasure to work with.

She was extremely quick to respond to any questions by either telephone, text or email at all times of the day and night. She is friendly, outgoing and straightforward. I often get frustrated and disappointed with people that do not follow through with their jobs or explain things to customers but Karen did not disappoint and it was extremely satisfying to work with someone who does their job well.
