Seller reviewI was totally impressed with her integrity, honesty, business knowledge, tremendous communication skills, and follow through. She is truly one of a kind. I was very fortunate to have her represent me. This was a difficult sale in some ways. The buyer couldn't close on time due to delays with her home closing. Kari communicated several times a day with other sales agents involved, the title companies involved, etc. She kept me informed every step of the way. I feel her guidance throughout the process resulted in a successful sale for me. She is a total professional.

Seller reviewThis was the first house that we have sold. The home belonged to my father who passed in February 2020. This Kingman home was occupied by my father for 27 years, and such a wonderful home. However, we knew that I needed this home to be sold upon my father's request, Kari Jo was not only compassionate but understanding. We felt like Kari Jo was part of our family. Our friends the Hammontree's (Randy/Kingman Sheriff) referred Kari Jo & Century 21 Highland with the most upright respect and had an amazing experience in the purchase of their home. Kari Jo is professional in appearance and her work in the Home Selling industry is top-notch. We had a marvelous experience. I would recommend Kari Jo in a heartbeat. Kari Jo was 100% on our side when negotiating on our behalf. She knew our terms and got us the best deal... she definitely put us first. She also continues to follow up with us after the purchase to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Hands down, 10/10 service. Never late and always respectful, Kari Jo is a delight to work with. You feel like your house hunting with a good friend and you can talk about a homes goods and bads with her. She's honest and blunt and I appreciate that. If she has a concern, she lets you know. I didn't have the opportunity to interact with the staff at Century 21 but they say "Like Attracts Like" and if that's true here in the slightest, I'm sure they're just as awesome as Kari Jo! It's always fun and exciting to see and buy a house with Kari Jo. It wasn't our first home and for sure, it won't be our last.
