I've heard buying a home can be stressful and thus I was excited but nervous and unsure. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with in purchasing my first home. My husband and I were first time buyers and had no idea on how to begin with the home buying process. I saw a house for sale on Zillow and decided to connect with an agent and was directed to Karina. She was extremely knowledgeable, supportive, very professional and guided us with ease throughout the process. Karina always made herself available anytime and any day to answer our calls/questions and for viewing homes. Karina Chavez helped our family find the perfect home. She showed us over 20 properties that fit our budget and preferences. Further, she always made herself available for phone calls and to show us available homes. Late evenings, weekends, she was always ready to help. Also, she never made us feel pressured into anything and made the entire experience very comfortable and smooth. I would strongly recommend her to anyone buying a home.
