She had our house sold within days of placing it up for sale, something I never thought possible, but she did it. My husband and I couldn't be more thankful for her, her knowledge, her patience, and for just being so great to us throughout the process. Seller reviewI can not express how comfortable I was with Kathy Parents services, how much she knew about the sale and if she was not sure as it was a mobile home she went out of her way to be informed and share all vital information with me. The delay was of no fault of hers as the market was just not moving at the time. Once it was posted again there were several interested, she took her time to explain all the offers and I was able to make an informed decisions that went very well and quickly to closing. She went above and beyond!! Much thanks my friend!!
