She ended up showing me that house and a couple others - she was excellent and consistently was pleasant to deal with and made the process easier. Would highly recommend Kathleen and her services to any potential homebuyers and I would definitely work with her again. Kathleen was always helpful and reliable when needed - the title company and Rocket Mortgage on the other hand... Only dealt with Kathleen via Century 21 Deanna. I had been previously connected with other Century 21 Agent's prior to Kathleen who did a poor-mediocre job at best. No complaints from the moment I got in contact with Kathleen.
