It prevented us from any unwanted "surprises". Such exceptional dedication to one's work is not common, but it is great appreciated. All went smoothly. She even went to the extent of driving a moving van to my new home (a 3+ hours drive) and helped me get situated in my new home. With the property now empty, Kathy had a network of contractors that could quickly and affordably make the necessary repairs to get the home ready for showing. Kathy is very knowledgable about the current market trends and I appreciated her guidance and recommendations in getting the property quickly sold and successfully closed.
