After dealing with him in this transaction we were clearly right! In guiding us through the sale process of our condo it was evident that Kevin cared more about what was best for us as clients vs. just making another sale. We'd highly recommend Kevin and his agency to others. Our condo was difficult to price because there were very few relevant comps. We appreciated Kevin's advice in helping us decide on where to price our condo and especially navigating the negotiation process. I believe Kevin's approach in business and his overall communication style also gives him a very good rapport with other agents which has made the transaction very smooth and stress free for us. We've done many FSBO transactions over the years and Kevin's success in selling our condo really validated our decision to find a good realtor vs. trying to sell it ourselves.
