Seller reviewKrista was very knowledgeable about the area. She suggested a list price that was higher than what I expected. We were able to get an offer close to that list price. Krista was thorough with all the paperwork and would follow up with deadlines in a timely manner. I would reccomend her to anyone.

Seller reviewIf anyone in the Newton or Des Moines metro or surrounding area is wanting to sell there property Krista is the agent you need to hire, honest approach and will tell you as a seller what you need to hear. Selling is always stressful time but choosing the right realtor is important and is wanting to sell your home is half the battle, never once felt like she was using are property as just another yard sign.
