Kristin Balalis was a big help to me in numerous situations. I enjoyed working with her and her calming personality. Always had my best interest at front in representing me. Kristin walked me through it all, as my it was first time time selling a home. I would recommend Kristin. Her knowledge and sweet personality made a stressful time in my life, pleasant for me. She's on your side and provides great guidance and works hard for you.

This was the only time we've gone through the process of selling a home, so it was a learning experience for us. Kristin did a fantastic job of explaining every step of the process to us. She also gave us frequent updates on things as they happened. While selling our condo was still a stressful situation for us, Kristin's frequent e-mails and calls were very helpful in keeping us up-to-date on everything and letting us keep the stress at a tolerable level. Additionally, one of the first things that was in the paperwork involved in the process was a section letting us know that Kristin would be acting as a fiduciary during the sales process. That was a reassuring thing for us to hear, even though we already knew that Kristin would do a good job for us with selling our condo. Kristin was very understanding about our family member's health situation, and she was very patient with us when it took us a little longer than originally planned to get our home cleaned up and ready to go on the market. Kristin was never pushy about anything, and she even spent some of her free time assisting us with some packing and cleaning. She definitely did much more for us than the bare minimum in helping to get our home on the market and sold promptly.
