Seller reviewEarlier this year I decided I was going to sell my parents house. I have known Laura Ennis for over twenty years and I 100% knew I was going to ask her to be the realtor on this sale. Asking Laura was the best choice I could have made. Laura explained everything and was very reponsive with everything I asked, she knew I would be asking a lot of questions. I was a first time home seller, Laura knew this and also knew selling my parents house was going to be stressful on me. She was was very understanding, thoughtful and helpful throughout the whole process. Laura met with me whenever needed and kept me informed with each step. Laura is great at communicating and very knowledgeable which made this sale smooth. When is comes to selling our house, there is no doubt we will be contacting Laura Ennis again. When people ask for realtor suggestions, I will always tell them to contact Laura Ennis at Century 21 AllPoints Realty!! Laura is a fantastic realtor and person. However after my first meeting with Laura, I was impressed with her confidence and knowledge about the physical condition of the property, and how to proceed with an AS IS sale. She demonstrated compassion and professionalism regarding delicate family matters. She was negotiable regarding her commission when the market was trending down. From start to closing, everything went incredibly smoothly. This was my first experience of a real estate sale, and I was astounded at how unproblematic the process was. My experience with Laura Ennis was that of surprise. She took on tasks that went beyond her responsibility. She removed items from the home, made practical and realistic recommendations for potential issues that could arise. She predicted with accuracy the value of the property, and the buying habits of different age groups of people.
