Buyer reviewLia Miele was our agent and she was excellent. Roger Hart was the broker. Lia was thorough, well informed and immediate in her responses to our questions. We ended up closing during the COVID-19 pandemic and she made it all seamless. This was a rental property which included existing tenants and other issues. Lia made sure we were well informed about everything and I would definitely use her as my broker again when searching for another property.
