Seller review1,000 characters is not remotely enough space to share all of Lisa's positives. Having used multiple agents for both buying/selling real estate, Lisa is hands down the best. She is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be- honest, caring, candid, empathetic, professional, and knows the market as well as or better than other top agents. I had already re-located when Lisa began assisting me, and she went above and beyond, including running my faucets when the temperature was below freezing, and recommending and coordinating both cleaners and a lawn care company. One of my favorite qualities of Lisa is her candor. Keeping in mind that my house had been previously listed with minimal activity and no offers, as well as my desire to sell ASAP, Lisa reviewed comps for not just my geographic area but also the region in general and exhibited a masterful understanding of market conditions to arrive at an asking price that would attract potential buyers. She is the best. Period.
