I no longer live in Raleigh and it was very important to have an agent who I could count on to have my best interest and to manage things well because I don't live in the area anymore. The property I was selling was a rental and she went above and beyond to communicate well with my tenant in the condo for showings etc so I didn't have to arrange things. I was also wanting to sell my house in a certain time frame. Lissette was very professional and communicative. She found things out about my house that my previous realtor failed to mentioned when I bought it. (I had a storage unit I didn't even know I owned). Lissette made the process easy and stress free which was a HUGE deal to me. I've never sold a home before so it was critical I had good understanding of the process and good communication. Buyer reviewWe liked Lissette immediately. She was polite, very knowledgeable, and quick to point out important things about each house we may have missed. She was always preparing paperwork for prospective homes we were interested in..no request was beyond her ability to perform. She gave of her time freely and stayed with us until we found the "perfect" house. We will refer her to our family and friends in the future. She is surely a "gem" of a Realtor.
