Seller reviewMy uncle, the owner of the property made a drop in call to Toni Manchester. Acting on his behalf, I followed up with Toni to get the listing process started. When we met with Lucy in mid January, she had done her homework with comp sales and comp listings. With Lucy's input,we selected an initial listing price $35K more than I estimated the property value based on comps. Working with Lucy was enjoyable and based on outcome, was a successful experience. She guided us through contract negotiations and held the line on a counter offer to the buyers initial offer which resulted in a satisfactory result. After all was said in done, we netted almost $12K more than we would otherwise been satisfied with. Hats off to Lucy!! From the date of initial listing to receipt of the purchase, the time frame was roughly 12 weeks. The sale closed and funded 5 weeks thereafter. This greatly exceeded my expectation of the end to end process from listing to funding. I believe the results speak for themselves. Very please with the efforts of all involved.
