We were very satisfied with our agent Lynell Kendrick. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She text, called us every step of the way. If we had any questions she was there to answer them; if she didn't know the answer, she would make sure to get the answer for us. There wasn't a time or day that we call that she didn't respond back to us in a timely matter. She didn't hide anything from us; she kept us very informed throughout this process; even when the first sale fell through. We were very pleased with our agent. She made us feel right at home!
