Madelyn has helped me with both buying and selling my homes in Florida she has become a very good friend as well as a very good negotiator and advisor with all the properties. Madelyn is very professional with sales but also very concerned that her client is getting the best advise in a very timely manner. With this last sale we had some family problems in NJ and Madelyn always made sure we would be OK with the timing of all involved with our settlement. Everything went smoothly and I credit Madelyn with that. She is the best!!!
