Originally from Brooklyn, New York, I relocated to Naples, Florida in 1983 and then Pinellas County in 1990 and became a Realtor in 1995. I relocated to Georgia for three years as an agent. I have to say, "It was too cold for me" so I moved back to Pinellas County in 2001 and was with another firm for over 10 years until I decided to take a break. I realized I missed my PASSION for REAL ESTATE.

We chose Maria MacNeil, PA to sell our home & family guest house. We know her, trust her, she would listen to our needs & be fare to both thru a divorce. Maria had a buyer for G.H. SOLD in a snap. HOA snag last min. would've delayed closing. She handled all parties, the assoc. agreed to Maria's terms to close on time! Maria dealt w/ priv. loan thru Dad's family trust, nego. private lender ½ on 1st sale & ½ the 2nd sale to have $$ to assist us separately, waiting for home to sell. Husband priced high. Maria suggested appraisal, Adj. price, sold swiftly over value! I was already in new home. Maria came to my job or billiards hall, etc to sign forms, setup F.B. MP., sell pool table for good $$, always took our call, literally protected me in every way. A pleasant experience for such a Rough Time! Now, I truly feel I have a friend for life & will recommend her to anyone. I had no idea how stressful a realtor's job could be. Maria buffered in the middle between all issues & is AMAZING!!
