I first met Maria Sauro Moore two years ago when I came to Pittsburgh to visit my daughter and house hunt. She looked out for me. When she showed houses to me, she pointed out things that I would not have noticed. I wasn't ready to commit at that time because I had elderly dogs, so I stopped looking for about a year. A few months ago I contacted her and asked her to start sending me listings and work with me again. She's a wonderful agent. I'm so glad I had the pleasure of working with her. She took care of everything as far as contacting an inspector, taking care of paperwork, giving me a closing estimate, etc., as well as doing these things in a timely manner. She was always there for me! I did not see my house (other than online) until after I bought it, because I lived in California (the state). This is how much I trusted Maria. She and my daughter went to see the house after I told Maria that I had seen her listing online and liked what I saw. I was very happy with how Maria negotiated the price. I left that entirely up to Maria, because she's had so much experience. As I mentioned before, she's handled everything wonderfully and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone looking for the perfect house.

This was my first time buying a home and everything was new to me. Maria was a great help explaining and showing me the way all through the process. I felt I was being a little annoying with all the questions I was asking, but she assured me I was not and answered everything I had to ask. She is great to work with and would definitely recommend her to anyone. It was a pleasant first time home buying experience.
