One day I'm sitting in my apartment with my 2 year old son and I'm thinking to myself, how much longer are we gonna be living in this apartment or I felt like i was failing as a father raising a child in an apartment and my son loves being outside so he definitely needed a yard. So I wanted to purchase a house but had no clue what to do, who to talk to or where to go.
