Buyer reviewIt had been over 25 years since my last home purchase. I work in the mortgage industry and had (literally) a hundred agents I could have chosen to work with. After meeting with Melissa though, our minds were made up! Melissa took care of us, looked after our every need, advised us on critical items to protect our best interests, and was always the most friendly, caring professional we could have hoped for. We look forward to working with Melissa again and will most certainly recommend her to our friends and family! She's the best!

She was attentive, talked with me from the first call and got the information from there. She us amazing, even helped me fix a couple items in tentative home. The deal is closed and I loved her service and dedication. I have already recommended her to many people and would totally do business with her again.

Seller reviewDespite asking for a full commission, Melissa Canfield provided so much value to the sales process, I was able to recoup the entire cost of that commission through having excellent marketing, staging and working with the showing agents. The sale was very smooth. We received dueling offers on the exact weekend she predicted an offer, despite a relatively slow market right before the holidays. It was like selling the house for free--yet having top notch advice and assistance with the most expensive transaction of my life! I'm so glad I didn't try to sell it by owner.
