Buyer reviewThanks to the help of Michele, we are now living in our forever home and we couldn't be happier! I thought I was giving her a run for her money with my list of must-haves and my extra small location requirements but we did it! The house we bought has everything on our list and then some and we were able to stay in town which was one of the most important things to us.

Seller reviewMy experience was great. Michele had my house photographed and up on the market within days of reaching out. We had multiple above asking offers after the open house. We accepted an offer within a week of the house being listed. Michele's social media presence and push for signage all over town for the open house I believe is what drew so many people in. The house was priced right and advertised right. She was professional the whole way through and answered my laundry list of questions throughout! I was nervous in this market that we wouldn't find a home that met our expectations but Michele assured me we find our forever home, and we did, quickly!

Seller reviewI dreaded the amount of time, effort and stress it would take to sell my dads estate. I could not believe how easy Michele made this process. We've bought several houses before but this experience was mind blowing! She didn't just list the house, she coordinated with everyone from buyers, attorneys, the township to move up our inspections to close earlier, reminders on small key things along the way, and to polish it off moving bins were provided as part of the 'package' and a $100 donation to a children's charity at closing. She is a remarkably caring and dedicated realtor that truly wants to help people through the process of buying and selling.
