Mihaela was on top of everything from start to finish. I had limited availability but she managed to line up many viewings. Her concern for my well being and happiness really showed when we looked at the properties, pointing out pros and cons and offering guidance but never pressuring. When we found my condo, she advised me through the offer process and got me a great price below list price. She constantly followed up to make sure that not only I had my paperwork in order but also my bank, the seller and the attorney were coming through (had a very quick closing date). She was there for me every step of the way and offered such amazing support for this (first time) purchase.
