She dealt with buyers agent requests and handled them very well. Knows the market. Comes up with creative ways to improve upon areas for showing property. To say Patricia went above and beyond in getting my home sold is an understatement. Although we experienced a number of challenges that were beyond Patricia's control she was always professional and positive. Ultimately, it was Patricia's persistence on making sure that all parties competed their tasks which resulted in a successful closing/sale. Without reservation I highly recommend Patricia Gaskin and will definitely be utilizing her and Centruy 21 again on my next real estate purchase.

She went out of her way to support me when my husband died while we were getting ready to list the home for sale. She helped me tremendously through the grief and was always close by to help or just to listen and pray. She worked magic to have our home staged so beautifully and helped me through the process of getting to the closing. Even on my not so good days she stood firmly by my side. She is simply the best! They were all so helpful and walked me through the paperwork. Patty made this all go smoothly as possible. I just can't say enough nice things about her I could not have sold our house without Patty Gaskin.
