She sent plenty of video and pictures of the home as well as the area. Her knowledge of the area was superb and helped us make the right decision as far as location. We are so excited to make the move and enjoy everything our new home and town have to offer.

Peggy did not bother relating frivolous crap to me and communicated when necessary. THAT was very important to me. I trusted Peggy and deferred to her expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home and already have! Peggy was available and present for inspections when I could not be there. She was direct in her communications and also patient and compassionate. Peggy was beyond excellent with regard to timely communication. She was amazing because i was a total stalker. Peggy always responded whether via email, text or phone. truly awesome. The whole transaction was so easy with Peggy. Now, it is a two way street. I asked her what she thought I should do, i.e. upgrades and inspections and I did what she suggested in a timely manner. We were a great team!
