Hello, I'm Real Estate Agent Prince Smith and I live in Philadelphia, PA with my wife of 29 years, Barbara. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling to different countries around the world and sampling the cuisine that each country offers. I've been a community football coach for several years, working with kids between the ages of 6-13. I enjoy teaching the fundamentals of the game, watching them perform on the football field, and having the chance to see several of them go on to play football at the college level.

He knew my Must Haves and found my dream house after looking at only 1 other house. He explained every document before asking me to sign it. I would definitely recommend Mr. Smith and Century 21 Advantage Gold and give him a 5 1/2 out of 5 lol...

He was the first agent that demonstrated accurate knowledge about FHA home repair requirements. Prince kept the deal on track despite numerous challenges. He corrected every wrong and sought to avoid mistakes, even when they weren't his wrongs or mistakes. Despite myself being a low-income first time homebuyer, I felt like a first class client. He was professional in the face of my frustration and helped maintain my sanity when FHA regulations began to feel maddening.
