Seller reviewRick Berkenstock helped us sell two properties: a home and a lot. Rick Berkenstock is the real deal, the whole package: knowledge, integrity, professionalism. Plus, he's a nice guy! In the sale of our first property (a home), I am certain that we netted many many thousands more because of his negotiating skill and good advice. The second property was a more difficult product to sell (a lot that failed city septic inspection); he worked harder in that sale for ultimately less commission for him (pennies on the hour!), but that didn't seem to matter to him; he was consistently committed to the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Rick Berkenstock communicated well with me (and my 91 year old father). We valued his wisdom working with people in the area, setting an appropriate price, negotiating the offers, and so much more. He is well connected in the state and well versed on where and how to gather information.

We didn't want anyone taking adavantage of the situation, but someone that would understand and help us do it . Our broker went above and beyond helping us take care of the things that needed to be done . The house had an offer the second day it was on the market . He worked with us and went around our schedule and my moms appointments for signing the offers and always came to us. By far one of, if not the best realtor I've ever worked with.
