I have a long history of being successfully involved with multiple careers simultaneously. Since retiring from the City of Alpena, I have found I have a lot of spare time. I have spent my entire life working in fields of public and customer service. I investigated many ways of filling the gap, so to speak, and came to the realization that I had a desire to continue in an arena that afforded me the opportunity to further help people. While maintaining a career as a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic, I now also maintain a career that will let me help people achieve their goals as they relate to the real estate world. That may include selling a property you currently own and desire to move into another property to further advance your real estate needs. It may also include purchasing your first home to continue toward the American dream of home ownership and the building of your family legacy. Seller reviewBob was our saving grace during this period. We had a buyer drop out weeks before closing. Bob made sure to get the next one rolling so we didn't loose the house we loved. He communicated very well, letting us know what going to happen next and what we needed to do on our end. He contacted the bank, buyers, sellers, and communicated so well. Always a positive man, ver knowledgeable. He priced out our house right and we got multiple offers in the first few days. I would of never chose anyone else to sell our house.

Buyer reviewWe love Bob I would of never had trusted any one else to sell our house, and get us into our new one. Bob is very informative, on his game and always so nice. He made the process so smoothly, even when things were stressful on our end. He gave us great tips to get our house ready for showings. He even messaged and called us after hours to answer our questions and needs. He got us in the houses if not that day the next day to see them. He gave us all the information on the houses. Letting us know the stipulations, where do do the best price points on both houses. We loved Bobs advice. We highly recomend him to all of our family and friends. If we decide to sell in the long future we hope that Bob is still working. We had the best experience all the way around. He made eveything so easy and explained everything. We definitely love Bob!
