Ron is a lifelong resident of the Wyoming Valley. After graduating from King's College in 1998, he attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, graduating in 2001 with a Juris Doctorate degree. Since 2001, Ron has served Luzerne County as an attorney practicing in many different areas including real estate. In 2015, Ron took his talents to the real estate world joining Century 21 Smith Hourigan Group in Shavertown as an Associate Broker. There, he helped both Buyers and Sellers, selling over 3 million dollars in 2016! In early 2017, Ron was offered and accepted a position with Coldwell Banker Town & Country Properties to serve as Branch/Sales Manager of its Mountain Top office. After Ron sold just under 3 million dollars worth of real estate in the first half of 2017, Century 21 Signature Properties in Shavertown came calling and offered Ron his current position as a sales manager.

Seller reviewRon Wilson approached us after another realtor was unsuccessful in selling our house. We were trying to sell the house by owner, and were unsure about listing it again. Ron sent us a list of extra things that he does to make a sale come to pass. He persisted through our time of doubt and I came to see that he was very professional. He exceeded our expectations and we were amazed how quickly the house sold once we listed it with him. We were also very happy to see that he oversaw a bidding war amongst those who were expressing interest. I found his advise honest and helpful in making our selection to sell to the buyer. He was attentive to every step and detail along the way and was efficient but not intrusive. Quite frankly Ron Wilson is the best realtor I have ever dealt with by far. Anyone who has Ron Wilson working for them is very fortunate. He did everything he said he would do with efficiency and I give him the highest recommendation.

Seller reviewI had Ron sell a rental property of mine. I was Initially trying to sell on my own thinking how hard could it be. After not getting much action I asked Ron took a look at the property. Immediately after his look he told me on the spot he felt he could sell it for much more than I was going to sell for and quickly. Ron received multiple offers on the property in a matter of days and I accepted an offer in under a week. Ron was able to net me over $30k more than I was going to sell for on my own!! This was the 2nd property of mine he sold for me, and he sold one for a family member of mine. Every time he exceeded expectations. Please take my advice. If you are thinking about doing for sale by owner contact Ron you will be very happy with the result.

He made sure we were aware and informed about things so we could make an informed decision. Because of his experience and expertise, there were times that he let us know about things that could happen before they actually did and this allowed us to prepare for the situation. We loved that he was honest, objective, and realistic about the sale of our house and purchase of a new house, while still being professional and courteous.
