Buyer reviewThe main reason to choose and pick Saila Bommasani is, she is aware our local Marlboro area and she never pushed us to finalize a property/purchase, that helped us to think and act accordingly. When most of our requirements are checked off, she was on her toes to get more details and share with us even during off hours. She was also good in estimating the price with the property including amenities/location etc , that helped us plan place our offer with right price. Liked the way she negotiated with seller/relator with inspection failed/issue items. Finally we are happy with the sweet home we bought through Saila Bommasani.

Seller reviewSaila was absolutely professional from the start - touring the property, recommending changes keeping my goal in mind, ensuring the work that contractors completed the work as expected.... her attention to detail is exemplary in getting the property ready for sale. Saila is an outstanding agent to represent either the seller or buyer, keeping their goals in mind every step of the way. I had an offer on the property in under 24 hours from listing, and several outbidding offers in a couple of days. This should speak to the exptertise she brings to the table. Saila is handsdown the best realtor I have ever worked with, and I own a few properties. She understood my goal with this investment property from the get go and had my best interest in every suggestion she made, with a multitude of options. She was always a phone call away for any questions.
