Serving the military has always been easy for me since I grew up as having my father serve in the Navy as a World War II Veteran. I am lucky enough to still have my dad here today and one of the few WWII vets still around. In addition, my husband was in the Army as a Military Police Officer. With this experience, I have the understanding and knowledge of the needs of military families.
As an Oklahoma native, I know the Oklahoma real estate market in buying and selling.
As a University of Tulsa alumni, with a degree in Marketing, I have succeeded greatly in the real estate industry through earning many awards including:

Seller reviewIt is hard to put into words all the things that made Sandra Bauer so comforting to me throughout the sale of my property. It is difficult to sale your home and totally change your life when downsizing and moving to a retirement community. However, Sandra kept me on tract and patiently helped me make all the decisions that needed to make. As there always is, things always did not go smoothly but Sandra was a positive voice and my house sold for more than I expected. I believe this happened because of the knowledge, experience and expertise that Sandra has. I believe she has a true talent that does not come from books for understanding people. I would use her again, but even more importantly, I would recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling property.

Buyer reviewI originally wanted a vacant lot to build on. I had some very specific preferences on type, size, etc. Sandra looked all over my target area but couldn't come up with something I liked. She threw out the option of looking at houses under construction that were being built on lots that met ALL my requirements. Almost pulled the trigger on one of those. Through Sandra's efforts and introduction to a builder she was familiar with, we ended up finding a vacant lot that wasn't listed for sale, but was available for purchase. Without the hard work of Sandra I wouldn't have met the builder and subsequently being introduced by the builder to the seller of the lot. We put the deal together and closed on the lot! Now I am working on construction plans. Would highly recommend Sandra to everyone. Diligent, hard working and she promptly returns calls and texts!

Buyer reviewSandra was very professional and knowledgeable. She added home warrenty(paid by the seller) on the contract even before we had mentioned it. She picked up the earnest money and dropped it off at the Chicago Title since I didn't have a car at that time. Sandra showed all the listing of the houses that we wanted to see without any hesitation. She kept in touch even after selling the house. Called me the other day to find out how we were doing. She is the best!!
