Seller reviewSandy Nelson is great! She waited at least a year for my renter to move out so she could put the property up for sake. Sandy new of someone who would possibly buy the property "as is" in the condition it was in, which was fantastic, considering my living in Florida and the stress it would have caused to get it in shape living there. I would recommend her highly, although the chances of soing so are slim due to where I live and having no family there.
