Buyer reviewI relocated to Des Moines from the Greater Chicagoland area, so I had little to no knowledge of the area. Sarah was very informative the whole time in my search for a new home. She understood what was most important to me, and made recommendations that may have been outside my search. She made a very stressful time extremely easy, & I plan on working with Sarah again on the sale of my home.

Working with Sarah was a completely different experience from our previous agents when we bought and sold our last home. Sarah made the whole process seem personal to her which made us feel well taken care of. We had never built before so she helped us every step of the way. She did a great job really listening and hearing what we wanted and also being intuitive when we weren't quite sure what we wanted. I felt very comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Thanks Sarah! We ran into some pretty major issues and snags along the way and Sarah was there to back us up and support us through it all. You'd think she's been in this business for a lot longer than she has. She's really good at what she does!

When we presented her our idea of a dream home she stuck with us and made it a reality. She was so sweet and accommodating the whole time. She was always available for questions and last minute showings. I know we ran like chickens with our heads cut off but she corralled us expertly. Sarah was above and beyond in every aspect. We honestly feel like she was the perfect agent. She was so knowledgeable and happy to teach us every aspect of the home buying experience. Once again we have to say Sarah and the team took a crazy dream and made it a crazy reality. We could not be happier. We love Sarah and Century 21.
