Didn't have much interaction with the Brooker staff, but all paper work seemed to be completed quickly and accurately. We received a full asking price offer, before the house was submitted on the open market. Shari has sold two other houses on our street, so need to look for any other realtor. She had the best real estate knowledge and expertise for our neighborhood. She even knew many of our neighbors.
