She manages to find time to help me while taking care of her family (husband and 4 kids). Her husband offered to cover for her when she had a time conflict between a viewing and a closing . Flexibility with payments and financials related to buying a house. Suggested excellent inspectors. Negotiation skills with the seller and finding a common ground between me and the seller. She managed to secure the sale of the house before it went to market. She managed to communicate with me effectively and finalize the sale while I was in a trip outside the USA.
