Seller reviewMs. Prince did all that she could for my wife and me to expedite the sale of our house. The lengthy time between signing of the contract and clearance for closing was due to the buyer's lender taking so long. Though the process was a lengthy one due to conditions beyond our control, my wife and I were able to sell our house in Laurelton, NY as planned due to the tenacity and expertise of our realtor, Ms.Prince. My wife and I were extremely pleased with how Ms. Prince treated us and worked with us. We found her to be knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a realtor par excellence.

Seller reviewMs. Sheila Prince was extremely professional and courteous to myself and my brother from day one. The property was in very poor condition due to years of neglect, but she assured us that she would get us a fair market price. Also, this was not a case where the property was going to be sold right away due to issues about no will, title ownership, etc. There were many hindrances that we had to get through, and they had nothing to do with Ms. Prince. But like the professional that she is, she let us know that eventually the house would be sold. She kept us informed of all matters, kept her own inventory of all paper work that was needed, telephoned me in New York, telephoned my brother in North Carolina, and saw us through to the closing. She is a real estate broker that deserves all superlatives! Ms. Sheila Prince took care of all negotiations with the buyer, and we were able to sell the house.
