Sherri was the listing agent so when we didn't have an agent she became the transaction agent for both us and the seller which was really great. One of the best agents we have ever had the pleasure to work with. If it wasn't for all the hard work that Sherri did we won't have purchased the home and most likely gone into foreclosure. She is truly a great agent and extremely nice.
