Teresa Skipper was referred from my wife's father and immediately showed interest and engagement in working with my wife and mine's growing family and helping us which I found very helpful in our move to Alabama from Minnesota. Teresa was instrumental in getting an "in" with our builder (in this current seller's market it can be difficult to get sellers to take you seriously from our experience in various purchase inquiries) if you don't have strong representation. She remained highly engaged with us and the builder throughout the entire process. It was a great feeling having her represent us and advocate for us throughout the entire build. With her skills and knowledge it seems like she's done hundreds of new builds. She was an expert. I would recommend her as a "new build" specialist to anyone but I'm sure she's great with any property transaction and relationship out there (we weren't necessarily set on building at first but after careful consultation and consideration with Teresa, we found this to be a great path for our family and are glad we did). Communications expectations were far surpassed; I don't think there was ever even an hour gap in response from Teresa when we contacted her with any question. She's incredibly responsive and highly engaged with her clients. She clearly cares about the family's needs that she serves and worked very well with the selling realtor as well. Her positivity and excitement throughout the whole process was awesome as well. Great job and I look forward to doing future business with her as well! Not sure when I'll sell the property I just bought but I will hire Teresa to sell it when the time comes.

Overall, it was a delightful experience working with Teresa. I was very busy with changing jobs, preparing my move and Teresa took care of everything and sold my house very efficiently.
