Hi, my name is Teri Camp. I was born and raised here in Spartanburg, SC, and have lived in the upstate most of my life. I have a wonderful husband who is retired from the Air Force and two beautiful daughters that are currently in high school and college. I attended Carolinas Academy of Real Estate and I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors and Spartanburg Association of Realtors. I also hold a degree from Western Oklahoma State College. In my off time, I love watching my daughters play lacrosse, going to the lake, or just spending quality time at home with my family and our two dogs. As a proud military spouse, my family and I moved around countless times here in the US and even overseas. Trust me when I say, I know what it's like to move and relocate! She first listed and sold my tenant occupied rental and handled nearly everything from start to finish. I received constant communication through the entire process and wonderful guidance for each step along the way. After that property sold, Teri went above and beyond to find a new home for me, under tight time restrictions, in a particular area, with certain requirements. Just about a month and the property was located! It was truly impressive how Teri got the sale under contract so quickly, handled the entire contract, negotiated with the seller, and got me to closing in about 2.5 weeks. She also helped locate the closing attorney who was fabulous and referred a mortgage broker who set me up with a great product. I am beyond thankful for Teri and her team. Seller reviewThe sale of the house was due to the loss of my dad. I had no clue what to do and Teri helped out tremendously. The house did not sell as fast as we would of hope due to outside of the house needing work. We had several people look at the house but the house had to be sold as is and not go through FHA loan due to conditions. When the house did sell Teri did more for the person that bought it than her own realtor. I hope to never have to sell or purchase another house but if I do I would use her again.
